First, let me address some of the people who have been complaining that this is "only .585". Go do some research on the topic, before you show your ignorance. If you're shopping for the highest end jewelry, and you aren't looking for good deals on good pieces, you shouldn't be shopping on Amazon.

I bought this piece for my fiance as a Valentine's Day gift. The chain is very thin, but I think it's a good look. I didn't buy this for the chain, and in the picture, it's clearly shown as thin as it is. The heart is very nice, and has as much shine as you see here. My fiance loved the gift, and you won't find platinum prices on anything similar to this.

Here's the drawbacks:
Because the chain is so small, getting it onto the clasp is hard.
If something being 95% platinum group is critical, this isn't for you, so don't buy it and then be disappointed.
That said, don't pretend you can tell the difference visually, because you can't.

Like pointed out in other reviews, the pendant is small and the chain is a lot a lot thin. The chain on mines moreover has been tangled when recieved it, but was enough easy to untie. I appreciate this necklace because it is that what I am trying, qualche.cosa of small and I polish. I have necklace similar in gold 18k (a pendant is a po' larger of platinum, but I prefer the format of platinum). All in all, are enough happy with this purchase. This necklace is probably the better thing for the persons of the petite ones.

That is supposed in order to be a romantico gift of Valentines, so as to it was a disappointment in order to make it enough to arrive that sense. Rather than to have one small famous card or a separate one, the famous one of the gift is only a famous one to piè of page of the small press on the packing sliding (than it cannot print it the marks so as to of citation it appears like several independent characters). They are disappointed with this purchase and I have given back it.
