I became really excited by this gift of my married man. But on the third day, if I tried to carry it again two small rings at an end separated straight and I could it never carry. I searched on the web site and the receipt and could not find not a telephone number, in order to weight. She seems only in "original condition" could I returns and receives full rueckerstattung. I wish not the full rueckerstattung and would like straight her to repair or her by a new to replace. Number found finally~I found that their customer service is good. They promised to give me full rueckerstattung.
