Reviews:

starsSTINKS- avoid!
Terrible telephone. Quite from box out, which I considered that, if you a call received, which is so dark front screen, cannot see you, whom designating has. Unbelievably! I estimate, if you are in the arctic during 24 midnight or in a dungeon or in a dark staff, you could possibly in its to out form some illegible numbers. Worthlessly. I interfered away of dark plastics and set to any free pva, so now I can the caller identification, none owing to read Sony. I have only the telephone approximately six months had and now begin it to not even receive calls or announcements. I have ATT with 3 other telephones on family the plan. All are adequate, therefore it is not ATT. Also there is NO WAY (as per Sony Techhilfe) to copy your directory to an aid of computers. For, if this telephone dies (which I believe, is imminent)and very importantly, which you lose your directory! The hand written copy is their only hope. One which for stupid supervision by Sony! I like Sony, love I their cameras, but they should leave a telephone business.

starsGood for what it is
This phone is not going to impress anyone who is so addicted to portable entertainment devices that they have become incapable of typing complete English sentences without resorting to chatroom acronyms and abbreviations like "b/c" or "txt" as there are hundreds of others out there that do a billion different things to keep those peoples' ADD in check. But for a basic phone with Bluetooth, it ain't bad at all.

Voice quality is not stunning, but I have no problems understanding or being understood. Battery life is better than most other phones I've had, but obviously if you keep BT on, crank your screen brightness through the roof and have a three minute long Fergie ringtone with flashing lights and vibration, it's going to need to be plugged in more frequently.

My biggest complaint is the web browser which insists on resizing every image it encounters to 118 pixels wide and converting it to PNG format. Since the screen width is 128 pixels, this makes it impossible to download wallpaper images over the net without some really ugly resampling, but at least you can do a Bluetooth transfer.

My second biggest complain is the juxtaposition of the end-call/back button. Every other phone I've ever seen puts it in the bottom right corner, but Sony put it in the bottom left. Takes some getting used to.

The camera? Whatever. I don't need a camera in a phone, so I couldn't possibly care less about its low resolution.

All in all, it works well enough for me, and it only cost me $49.

starsThe battery is terrible !!!
I had this phone for a few weeks and then returned it. The battery lasts only for 2-3 days in standby mode, much less than the manufacturer's advertised value. Because of it's small size, you cann't even have a good grip of the instrument.

stars....Lacking in the areas that count
O.K....... lights up it above the cool thats quite, but the things to be heard really as its as well as and constitute to be heard, good admission things are, which this telephone lacks wund in! The camera could also use something work..., although I found, if you make the photo lateral and you turn it above end with a better pic (if you to this trouble to go would like each time), also, if you receive her during a franked telephone for ON

starsGood phone overall
This is a good little phone. The buttons are easy to use, it's sturdy, and the display is clear. I love the way it lights up when it rings! I'm giving it four stars because the camera is mediocre and the light-up icons on the outside of the phone are difficult to see outside in the daytime (which makes the caller ID function useless unless it's dark or you're inside). But if you want a simple phone that's just a phone, and not 10 gadgets in 1, then this is a good one.

starsFun little phone - in pink, too! UPDATE: Terrible Reception, Poor Battery Life
UPDATE: So, I loved this little phone when I got it, thus my original roaring review. However, after using it for several months, I absolutely hate it and can't wait to upgrade to something else. While I still like the "lighting" feature and that it's pink, I pretty much hate everything else about it. Reception? Forget it. I drop calls constantly and can't even make or receive calls in my office. And, I know that's not an ATT problem, since I also have a bberry from ATT that gets GREAT reception in my office. While the phone is really cute, it's just not functional for everyday use, unless you like having to redial and redial and redial to try and get through or to call back the person you just dropped. And, sometimes it just refuses to charge despite the fact that it's plugged in. And, it often takes all night to charge despite not having used it much on a particular day. I revise my initial assessment and give it 2 stars.

ORIGINAL REVIEW: I'm writing this review, since there seems to be no others available on the web. This phone, as of now, is not available in AT&T stores but only online, which is how I purchased it - sight unseen. I have the pink one. It was the only other pink phone available via AT&T that was not a Razr (which is what I had prior and absolutely HATED). This phone is likely meant for kids - it has funky ringtones, crazy graphics, and lights up like crazy when the phone rings (you can turn this function off). The front display lights up (with the time or caller ID) when the phone rings or when you push the volume buttons on the side of the phone. There are a few little quirks that I'm trying to get used to (volume buttons don't adjust the volume of the ring when not on a call like my Razr did) but, overall, I'm quite satisfied with the phone. It has a camera, which I've not yet used and links up easily to my Jawbone headset. It's pretty durable (won't fall apart when you drop it like the Razr did), works well, turns on quickly, and I get lots of comments on how cute it is. And, I think the lighting effects are fantastic despite the fact that it's probably designed for high school girls. One thing to note is that it is thicker than the razr, so it doesn't slip into your pocket as well, although it is smaller than the Razr in every other direction. I'd definitely recommend this phone if you want something a little out of the ordinary, or, in the case of the pink one, just plain sassy. :)
