Reviews:

starsGreat Match for a Blackberry
I paired these headphones with my Blackberry 8830 and have had zero issues. Sound quality is great (but I'm no audiophile, so YMMV), call handling is very simple, range is solid and I love the caller-id feature. I do have a couple of issues, though:

1. The caller-id only displays the number, not the name, even if you have it programed in your phone.
2. It pauses your music when there's an incoming call, but doesn't start it up again after the phone call is over.
3. The next/previous track slider is backwards, in my opinion. You should have to push the slider downward for the next track, instead of upwards. Considering that most people use the next track button more than the previous track button, pushing the slider down is more natural and having to push the slider upwards is a bit awkward. Maybe instead of a slider, it should have been a rocker-type button, like the volume control on the other side.
4. I wish there were a way to adjust the length of the "necklace" without affecting the length of the wires connected to the ear buds.

All-in-all, a great product with a few minor issues.

starsSony Ericsson HBH-DS980 Bluetooth Headset
The ear-phone has and is to work large. That functions really well with my portable computer, and the range is approximately 15 to 20 feet according to obstructions'. Connection with my telephone of nokia is also good, but to come stereo from the telephone is not as good as the portable computer. I employ this product while assembling my bicycle, operation, and to pulsate. That functions good up to now, and the life of battery seems to be approximately 4 to 6 a.m..

starsHappy with it but, for the price, could be better
I bought this to install with new Verizon Voyager. In short, I am happy with him but have some complaints. Goods: The quality of sound for the music is phenomenal - it makes Travel better healthy than a iPod. It has the good life of battery which I can miser four or five days without filling. I like that I can order my telephone directory of the ear-phone. It adapts well in my ears (without falling like the full classified ear-phones) and it is very comfortable. Use of I it all the hour. The average: Not a large ray; if I go more than 10 feet of him I lose the bluetooth. Nonterrible, but nonlarge. It can be crafty one to install the device of the telephone To travel and the device stereo To travel - for some reason, each one must be installed separately. It can be an exit To travel, not Sony publish, however. The bad one: I was known as that, on the other end, my noises of voice soundproofed while I am on the ear-phone. In a general way, better one than I found and I keep it. But for the price, I think that the quality of call should be higher.

starsGood accesory, but....
...I will go straight to the point here, people. I use this piece with my Ericsson S500i

Pros:
1. Nice design. Very stylish and sleek.
2. Great sound!
3. The range is farther than what they say it does (at least for me).
4. Cool screen which displays Song playing and Who's calling.
5. Sony customer service is pretty descent. My piece died all of the sudden. It would not turn on or charge up. They are sending me a new piece.

Cons:
1. Battery does not last that long. It gives you about 3 hours of music playback. I do not talk that much on the phone so no comment on talk time.
2. At the beginning when people called me it seems that the connection was not that great since I ended switching to the handset (the phone itself)
3. The face is too flashy for my taste. I wish it had a more matted finish.

Hope this was helpful. Do your research, Peeps!

Peace out!

starsWorks great with T-Mobile Dash, Music and Phone Calls
I purchased the DS980 headset about three months ago to use with my T-Mobile Dash cell phone so that I could listen to MP3 files and easily answer incoming phone calls. These headphones will let you know you have a call and then pause the MP3 while you answer the call... All very easy to do. Battery life for is good and the controls are easy to use. Pendant design swings around when leaning over and sometimes gets in the way and cords are a little long.

starsCould have been 4 1/2 stars...
For: - its stereophony is large once connected to the compatible devices bluetooth-licence. - can be employed as an ear-phone of telephone of cells or stereo ear-phone. - the good life of battery, could be better however... Against: - the connector of C.C is not the standard mini-Minis-USB, Sony employs intentionally certain of a strange connector here, thus you not to better lose your charger of wall, or...$$$>. I wish that I know this... Be informed! - the high price compares with others. Up to now I could install it with my Fujitsu P1610 (excel noise), dongles of USB BT of MSI StarKey 2.0 (large its stereophony) and Anycom USB-250 (so much thus noise). Clearly, the quality of its is dictated by so that you connected yourselves, Sony HBH-DS980 runs only what coming outside from your devices. I would give it that 4 1/2 holds the first role still just if it had had a mini connector of USB of std.. Personally, I not by it because of that # @
