These stay in my ear better than any other. Better for base and not for rock.


Great Earbuds
I've had these for about 9 months now, but earlier this month they stopped working due to the poor construction of the wiring (basically the wire near the jack started to split). I contacted the v-moda customer service since all v-moda earbuds come with a 1 year warranty, and they were very nice, and sent me a replacement for free (so awesome customer service!). The replacement, which is the currently sold model now, is definitely better designed than the one sold last spring, and the wiring looks a lot sturdier. Despite having a pair that failed me in less than a year, I really love these earbuds as they actually stay in my ear! I have small ears compared to others, and these fit perfectly (each v-moda earbud comes with 3 pairs of clear white and 3 pairs of black fittings, each all different sizes of course). Overall, the look is great (I get a lot of compliments on 'em), they're super comfortable, and in my opinion, sounds awesome. I think these have the right amount of bass and richness that lets me enjoy my music (mostly listen to electronic/trance). And I also love the amount of "isolation" these earbuds have (I usually take the bus to and from campus, and these do a great job of blocking out outside noise). The new models come with black casing instead of the ugly gold one shown in the picture above. The color however isn't really black, but more of a dark hunter green. Also, I love the fact that the wires are the same length as I personally can't stand the uneven lengths that other earbuds have. So, all in all I'd give a solid 4 stars, these are a great buy! :)


best investment EVER
I have obtained these for mine iPod Dwarf because the earbuds that they have come with it they would not remain in my ears and ché the great investment these earbuds have turned out to be! They not only cancel towards the outside the greater part of the sound (I guide the bus of the every city day and must deal frequently with the lotteries of the strong teen-children on the pure bus), but music all narcotic sound! I must say, I have been I surprise to the quality of the sound from these small things many small! Definitively I would suggest these to anyone that it made to permute along via public transit or to that the little external distraction had need of a small when they are trying to listen to music. They have already paid seriously if same and I have had them to mala pain for a month.


Good sound, Bad quality
I have bought the red version of these earbuds in the month of January of 2008 after the tons of search. Good for the price, very small and way in-ear
I love these earphones. They replaced my Apple earphones that came with my iPod. I'm mostly listening to spoken word, so I don't worry much about distinct highs and lows. But these are decent at blocking out ambient sound so I can concentrate on what I'm listening to. I love the look of them also. Very sleek and shiny.


Best earbuds I have ever owned or used

V-Moda Vibe Earbud Review
I have tried some different connections of the earbuds and general, really I appreciate V-Moda Vibe. These earbuds characterize the good one form ears graceful, better of the Shure E2c. The high tones are enough clear, but I have noticed sure muddiness with the halves of-tones. In a generalized manner, the quality of the sound from these earbuds is much good one. I do not have problem that I feel mine iPod to the low volumes while way in ways of the city, even if the E2cs has better healthy isolation. Even if I have auditory municipal small, the earbuds are enough well for the long periods of time. V-Moda Vibe is a good ones buy for the price. Definitively I suggest!

They have been made an impression with the healthy quality of these, especially with it gleans it; they are definitively the earbuds that better it has never possessed. Good looks, good quality, uncomfortable!!
I have bought these in order to use pricipalmente with a Ipod Dwarf in order to work. Consequently, really I have wished: or they give to remain over during the operation of or are the healthy quality well are sure decent, but I am having strict editions of comfort. Previously, I have used a connection of Shure E3 that creed has been stolen and have not had editions with comfort. Great for little ears!!!
I love these; I have tiny ears and can't take the normal earphones that come with MP3 players (after a while my ears start to hurt becuase the "one size fits all" defaults are too big for my ears; and I'm an old guy).

I ordered them a few months ago and use them at the gym. Yes some of the reviewers said that you get cord noise when you're moving about, that is true, but that's ok by me. I just love the fit, plus I don't notice the cord noise that much because I'm more concentrated on my work out, and I don't have the volume up terribly high, cause I do want to hear what's going on around me.

Now when I'm sitting still and listening to them at work, no cord noise, because the cord isn't moving. Bottom line. I LOVE THEM. Worth every penny! BTW... the sound quality is great too :)


Nice buds...
This the child is sweet... was prior a large supporter of the products of Shure, but he is the much most pleasant one in terms than appearance and program of usefullness... I appreciate the storage bag and the sound to me is good how much the low extremity Shures...


Great Sound!
Objective: Sound, forms ears and triple large. Good Isolation. The design and the conectors large are much pleasant. The only thing that could be better, is the leather protection. The plastic support or (of the silicone - it does not know) is not much good one to enroll tying. Worthy it.


Best headphones for the money
These earbuds are exactly that what I was trying and IMO are absolute the better choice to this point of prices and probably still they would be my choice to the double quantity the cost. You won't find better earbuds at this price

Once I got my first ipod back in 2004 or 2005, the first thing I realized was that the earbuds that came with it sucked. They made the cartiledge in my ears sore after just 10 or 15 minutes of listening, and the sound quality was crappy. So I bought a set of Sony earbuds, which were a marked improvement, but still didn't quite do the trick. They didn't have the bass response, and didn't seem very efficient, as I had to keep them cranked in order to get decent sound. If I cranked them too much, they started distorting really badly. The Sonys cost about half of these V Modas.

So, I've been looking for an upgrade, and did a fair amount of online research before deciding on these.

The other reviews here are pretty accurate. You have to "burn" these earbuds in before they reach their full potential. When I first got them, they sounded kind of tinny, but I had read the reviews, so whenever I'd be listening to my stereo, I'd just leave the earbuds plugged in as well. It didn't take long before the reviews came true. They now sound kick a*s. Plenty of bass at relatively low volume, and a very nice, warm sound stage. They're great for the ipod, but also work nicely on my home stereo or plugged into a PC speaker system.

I listened to the Bose and they didnt' really do it for me. They're more expensive too.

The only complaint I have, which is a small one, is that the cables are too short. The aforementioned Sonys have an extra foot of cable.

Other than this small complaint, you won't find a better set of earbuds in this price range.



Excellent Earbuds, Great Value, Very Stylish, Cord Short
4,5 stars I have bought two connections of these earbuds (the first connection has been stolen with mine ipod: () they are fantastic, they include a guarantee, two insiemi of the assemblys of the ear of the rimontaggio, the little expensive bag and a covering of the cable that you need of the probablywon' t because the cable is enough short. However, in relative the normal use an annoyance, the cable does not seem as soon as more often to be lengthened then other, that it can induce ' the buds to falling from, particularly when works. If functions much good however for people under the impressive caps 6' and usually to the minute for $100! Highly suggested


Good, but not great
I got these to replace a set of Koss "The Plug" earbuds that finally gave out after 2+ years of hard use (airports, exercise, lawn mowing). As with the Koss, the main reason I went for these guys is the superior sound quality (according to reviews), and the exclusion of outside noises. I'm no audiophile, but I can tell the difference between the crummy earbuds that come with an MP3 player, and an upgrade pair. So I was a little surprised that the V-Moda (while costing 6x the Koss) sounds about the same. Also, the Koss uses a foam insert that is very comfortable for long listening, while the V-Moda's use a rubber gasket. The gasket seals out external noise better, but is somewhat less comfortable, especially for long periods. Also, these are not "gunmetal grey" - they look more purple than anything, and Amazon's picture is deceptive.

In summary: they're fine, but you can get similar results for 1/6th the price from Koss.


VERY good, but...
These buds of the ear are good VREY; I appreciate the sound and I have one good graceful base. But they are not sure if they were worth the 80 something dollars that I have spold on they... but really I appreciate the sense think and the sound produces...


Quality Earbuds
As many previous reviewers have noted, the earbuds need some time to break in before their true sound quality can be evaluated. Mine sound great after the break in, although they can still be a bit bass heavy at the expense of some mid-range sound. Adjusting the EQ on your iPod can help quite a bit with this. They are also lightweight and durable. While I cannot compare these to other high-end earbuds, they are certainly an improvement over the stock iPod earbuds.

Not a great product as i expected but okay
an auricular transducer works well for a year does not work without warning that they are spiacente to this purpose, hopes that the connections or tying are weak.it have given to the great look in my weighted down but disappointing ears and light to me.


Sub-par sound performance
These telephones of the in-ear reasonably seem durable and are useful that measure the iPhone without modification. However, the healthy quality is sense under that one of the model of Shure to the same point of prices. I would still not select these over the auricular transducers of Shure.


Excellent earbuds
The V-moda earbuds have the right balance of bass and treable with high quality sound for $74-$100. In-ear bud prevents ambient noise from interfering with the music. After one month I would defintiely buy again.


pretty good
It took a few days of listening, but I eventually got used to the tight fit; they never fall out while running or moving around which is really nice. Just remember, do not turn up the volume too loud especially when acclimating to them it can be very damaging to your ears; start at volume 0 and increase slowly to a moderate volume.

There are a large number of reviews on this V-Moda product. I purchased this because I wanted a very good, low-profile set of ear buds and I didn't think spending over $90 made sense. I have tried many different ear-bud and headphone sets over the last several years and I feel this product is excellent. For over-the-ear headphones, I heavily compared the Bose noise-cancelling ones (both models) and the Sony Noise Cancelling ones and for about $150 less, I bought the Sony's and I'm very happy. I was recently on an airplane trip and the man next to me had the Bose noise cancelling headphones. He saw my Sony's and asked to switch for a while. We did - he thought my Sony's were just as good as his Bose and I did too. So, I am convinced that spending more money doesn't necessarily mean better quality. The V-Moda's Vibe Earbuds are an excellent example of this.

Bottom line: Terrific sound and comfort for the price. Very portable (can easily be carried in a shirt pocket inside the storage pouch that's provided). Blocks outside noise as well as more expensive and bulky noise-caceling headphones. Nicely constructed and attractive. Only potential weakness: wiring and connections are perhaps a little fragile, so a bit of care needs to be taken during use.


Okay but...
The sembr of V-MODA Vibe large Earbuds, particularly in gold. The sound was very well. Pleasant a tight measure in my ear it has rendered graceful easy to use these in order to listen to music on an airplane. Earbuds is large to maintain in your bag of race or the automobile, so as to they are easy available. They are much less cumbersome that all the solution of the auricular transducer. I have had two problems with mine earbuds, however. In the first place, I appreciate the small case motivatings force that have been supplied. But when you wrap the cable around to the small plastic part that is supplied in order to maintain it obtaining tangled, the cable takes over and stays that model. With all those nodes, the cable for these earbuds would not hang never straight and naturally. In the second place - and possibly relative to the first one - after earbud of year one it has stopped to work. I do not know if it is were connected with coiling or if there were a problem with the taken one, but the earbuds that they only work to a side they are useless. If bought these earbuds, I suggest without to block them one or the other bunch the cable in the case, or find an other sense memorizzar them and to transport. And it buys the extensive guarantee and it is prepared in order to use it.

Good enough for me
Ok for the price. Search around and found this thing with the look that suit for my taste. Amazon got the cheapest price that's why I bought it here. Sounds great. Use it on the stage to monitor myself. Since it's in-ear it's hard to hear others. Other than that, it's a great product. One more thing, I don't like the material they use for their cable. it's rubber and hard to keep it straight. Love the design.


Ear buds
V-Moda Vibe earbuds. I bought 3 sets of earbuds. My daughter and I really like them, but my husband is having a hard time getting them to stay in his ears. That was one of the major reasons for our purchase in addition to having good sound quality. There are many sizes of covers for the earbuds so we hope that one of them will fix the problem.


Excellent Product, Especially for Runners
I could not attend in order to convince a iPod affinchè Born them more renders my amusing time to the gym. (if * it must * practices, I would have to be entertained while making it, of right) But before the time I have worked on the mobile footrest with the earbuds that they come with the iPod, I have spold the greater part of mine workout that it tries to maintain earbuds the falling. Everier time that I have moved my crews, I was pulling the cable more strait, complicating the problem. V-Moda Vibe is dream-ven-to align. The Vibe has three regulations (S-M-L) so that the earbuds to adapt itself comfortably but comfortable. I have worked yesterday for 35 minuteren on the mobile footrest and never once I have thought as the earbuds I was in all the danger to slip or of falling. (I have noticed that the cable for the Vibe is little longer of the cable that comes with the iPod; only an inch or two, but that small tip makes one enormous difference.) The sound is superb and powerful. While I was listening to the bands white women, felt like the white man of the Jack had seized it from the shoulders and it had struck it around... in a good sense. If listened to yours iPod while one practices (even if I do not suggest to fairies this external part a gym), V-Moda Vibe is essential, good worthy the investment.


aural nirvana!
V-Moda Vibe Earbuds - Midnight Blue in my quest for the ultimate sound/reasonable price compromise, i have tried many different earbuds and headphones. when i started reading all the hype about the vibes, i started to wonder what the fuss was about. after reading the reviews and checking out the v-moda website, i decided to give them a listen. i realise that earbuds/headphones, like everything else are very subjective: there is no one perfect item for everyone! having said that, for me, the vibe is about as good as it gets: comfort,audiophile sound quality, cool looks and reasonably priced! what more could you ask for? some of the previous concerns of other reviewers have been addressed by v-moda. my pair of midnight blue vibes came complete with the black (NOT gold!) case, thank you! the straight plug has a knurled grip that makes it easy to remove and the braided (NOT rubber)cable add a touch of class and stability. one very important note: these buds are incredibly efficient, allowing you to use a much lower volume level which will lower distortion from your player of choice and also conserve battery power! all in all i am very happy withe this product and i believe you will too! give them a burn-in period as others have suggested, and VOILA!! AURAL NIRVANA that won't break the bank!


As good as they say.
Much better (almost anything is) than stock iPhone ear buds. Needs an adapter to fit the iPhone stereo jack. Have the style factor.


Get the updated ones; they may be perfect
When I first got this product, it was for the old black ones that were more of a dark silver chrome. I loved them. But as some reviews point out, pulling the jack out of (for me it was a 3g ipod nano) the port was annoying because, yeah, the grip for it is slippery and small. Additionally, the cord was a rubbery coating, which was durable in its own right, but not ideal. It keeps tangles out well, but it's still rubber.

Well, my iPod was stolen and that meant getting new ipod and new headphones. I decided to get new colors instead of black and got a silver ipod and (don't ask why) midnight blue Vibes. The midnight blue is not really blue. It's more of. . . Teal. Definitely not dark. It's like that bright teal of the disco era, ya know?

These were better in MANY ways.

First, the bag I noticed was no longer that metrosexual gold. Instead, I got a black leather bag. Not that I used it, but if someone were to use it, they wouldn't have their sexuality misconstrued.

Second, the cord was a cloth cord, which makes it SOOOO much better of a cord. The old one was more rigid and I felt that I could bend this more and it would tend to bend less on its own.

Third, the grip on the jack was extended and a cross hatch design similar to the texture on the earbuds was put around the grip to make removal a cinch.

Except for the color, this makes the ultimate earbud in terms of price and quality.

The earbuds are durable, versatile, and compatible. The sizes of tips are for all ears, and the quality, as people explain, is top notch, for the price at least. I'd say that this is the best quality you're going to get with this durability for under $250.


Two words I seldom use togeather: Outstandng Product
I recieved a pair v-moda vibe earbuds as a holiday gift. I try to be very discerning about: speakers, headphones, earbuds etc... My reference points are a pair of $500 studio monitors and and a $300 pair of Ultimate Ear in-ear monitor earbuds designed for professional stage use.

I'm happy to report that the V-MODA vibe headphones turned out to exceed my expectations. Although I generally can find something critical to say about a product, in this case about the only thing I can come up with is to criticize the flux leather carry case that comes in the box. Everything else here is perfect and I believe for $100 these are the most well crafted, best sounding ear buds money can buy. Their aesthetics (arguably a work of art in design) are certainly a bonus, but don't mistake these for style over substance, with the vibe earbuds you truely get both.

COMFORT:
The cushy rubber ends are provided in three sizes in both black and translucent white (for a total of six pieces in the box) the medium size set that came attached out of the box happened to fit my ears best. These are the most comfortable earbuds I have worn. The design of the ear pieces also cancel noise without completely blocking it better than ANY earbuds I have tried.

POWER:
The V-MODA Vibe apparently house some powerful magnets, I have a set or $60 SONY phones and a pair of $40 Phillips earbuds and they both require a great deal more volume to produce sound levels achieved at low-mid volume with the vibe phones. I would rate them excellent in this category as well.

SOUND QUALITY:
The sound here is crisp and clear a respectable 12Hz - 22kHz provides a glistening range of EQ without overloading the low end and turning everything to mud as so many ear bud makers tend to do. Would I replace my Ultimate Ears with these? No, but for everyday listening the VIBEs are excellent, much better than the Apple supplied earbuds that came with my iPod, much better than anything else you can get in this price range and the higher priced buds aren't designed nearly as well IMO.

SUPPORT:
A week after opening them one of my kids managed to remove one of the clear rubby ear pieces. I wrote V-MODA support on a Friday evening and Sunday (on a weekend mind you) I got a response back saying there were sending out a new set free of charge. Again, in the area of product support V-MODA scores excellent.

Highly recommended as iPod earbuds replacements or general purpose ear buds (I use mine on my notebook PC and my pod daily).

These caps produce the great sound and are enough well. The use with my dwarf of the ipod and completely has been satisfied. The only one Badly that of what they said approximately they is that they are expensive, otherwise, would have given they 5 stars.


No Bass

I have bought this a lot hyped the auricular transducer. But after to have felt the relative sound, immediately I have given back it. Sound as I am music of audience through one general cover a loudspeaker. It is still defective of the auricular transducer of reservoir from Apple, except perhaps the low extremity. They are concluded to me on the purchase of the Denon, that he is excellent for a good price.

I got this for my iPod Touch. Sound quality is far better than the Apple earbuds for everything I've tried them with (rock, pop, hiphop, classical, voice, movies).

Good 4 out of 5 times...then never again. Too Expen$ive!
The sound was good, but not great. Definitely better than standard i-Pod style earbuds. About the 5th time using them, however, one side began to fail and then quit all together. I returned them and do not plan to spend this amount of money (TOO MUCH) for earbuds again.


The best i've had.
I love these earbuds. The sound is superb (' especially the low extremity enough) and the quality of design is something that you do not obtain normally for $100 of under. The only draft behind, has occorr a sure time for my ears to obtain comfortable with they. They are normally "over a type of the cap of the ear", but these have changed my attitude.

Best Headphones I have used, very Satisfied
Overall : These headphones are just great. I am a high school musician (trumpet) and I would say I have very sensitive ears. This is why I needed something else besides the earbuds that came with my touch. Since I am a highschooler and I just spend $400 on an ipod, I am a little low on money so $70 is a good price tag for professional ear buds. From what I read (I did alot of research), these phones were as good as earbuds 2-3x more expensive. I listen to all varieties of music from Classical to jazz, from rock to rap and hit hop. I am currently listening to the beatles as I write this.

Who are they for? Those of us who want the best and do not want to pay for it. Yes their are $500 headphones and they are probably great, but I would rather pocket $430 and get these.

- Absolute incredible sound - Bass rings in ears and I havn't found a song that did not sound good. They sound better than my Bose 2.1 system.

My favorite earbud
Best earbuds for the money - you may pick up a pair at Amazon or at Costco for about $70. Initially was about to return mine as they sounded tinny with poor bass response. But remembered that they needed to be seasoned for at least 10 - 12 hours of playing and wow, what a difference; I'm surprised there are no instructions that inform of this important procedure. The sound is now full with excellent balance and clarity in the treble and bass. Personally, I find the best equilizer setting for my nano iPod is with the "acoustic" or "off" setting. They sound even better hooked up to the computer and are so comfortable I've often fallen asleep listening to music at bedtime. Bought a RedRoxx pair to give to my daughter for Christmas that matches her red nano and she has been using them constantly. Get a pair from Costco and if you don't like them (after seasoning), it's an easy return, although I bet you won't want to!


Great Earphones
Great Earphones!!! One of the best I ever owned. I use the earphones on my Iriver clix and Cowon D2. Sound clarity is excellent. Design is great. Very light weight and fits well in the ears.


Thumbs Up for Vibes
Hour I have possessed the Vibes for one brace of the months. They are the caps that more expensive I have never possessed. That being sayings, they are moreover the better thing I they have never possessed. Much better than standard iPods
Definitively more comfortable of the auricular transducers standards that come with the iPod. The sound is good but I cannot say that they are better or defective than with of Bose. Controls both if you can. It forgets all the jargon about specific. Possible Provili, comparisons they to others if and the purchase that you play bonds to you.


Worth The Price
They are very light and fit well. They are extremely comfortable, and aftrer a bit you don't even notice you are wearing them. They have included one set of white ear pieces in small medium and large and another set in black. The sound is very good, and in fact better than more expensive earbuds. One of the better purchases I have made. Well worth it!


Excellent
The V-MODA are the perfect "tiny" earphones. They fit in the ear without pain or discomfort. The sound quality is perfect. Great bass response. The only bad thing about these are the price. It is up there. I was skeptical buying these. But, the reviews were good....so I took a chance. I'm glad I did. But, my stupid self lost mine the same week I bought them and I just ordered another set. That should let you know how good they are.


Outstanding!!!
I've been using the v-moda vibe for about a week now with my iPod Nano and I absolutely love this baby. Although I have a huge music collection as well as three iPods, I never considered buying high end earbuds until about two weeks ago. Since I'll be heading on a 16 hour flight in a couple of days, I thought - why not invest in some great noise isolating earbuds instead of putting up with the terrible earphones that the airlines usually hand out.

After reading the reviews on Amazon, I first went to my local retailer and bought a Shure E2C. While the audio quality on the Shure E2C was great, it takes a lot of maintenance..... and as other reviewers point out, the bass response is terrible unless you get the silicone insert perfectly right. If thats not enough of a headache, the bass response can differ widely every time you use the earphones, depending on whether the earbuds "seal" correctly. It took so much work everytime I used it, it made more sense for me to get a pet instead!!!

So I returned the E2C's and got myself the Creative Aurvana's. Great packaging and slick presentation, but the earbuds suck!!! The bass response was terrible and my music sounded flat! I returned those within 48 hours of use. Seriously, dont even bother with the Creative Aurvana. Its a total waste of time and money.

Finally, with my trip looming large, I decided to get the v-moda vibe once again after reading the stellar reviews on Amazon. I mean, a product with 4 stars after 312 reviews has got to be good, right? I got the earbuds and decided to try them on (skeptically). I was completely blown away! So much so, that I decided to write my first review ever on Amazon. So here are the pros and cons of these earbuds.

Pros:
1. Phenomenal bass response. It doesnt have the "please make me deaf" kind of "super bass", but has a rich uniform bass - much better than the Shure and Creative buds.
2. Mid range and highs are also great and crisp
3. The fit and maintenance are both super easy. No clogging, not 'ear wax cleaning tools' etc
4. The "seal" is also great - and importantly, consistent. Also, the seal pretty much isolates most sound. So you definitely want to be careful when wearing these. (For example - I couldnt hear the tap running when I was in my kitchen. I couldnt even hear my phone ringing right in front of me)
5. Fits right, no slipping even when you are walking or running

Cons:
None really. The packaging, presentation etc could be better. The "leather" bag it comes with looks kinda cheap, etc. But all of this, in my opinion is purely incidental and immaterial. I mean, do you buy earbuds for the sound or for the way its packaged/accessories?

Another suggestion:
When using the iPod, I found the "Rock" EQ setting gave me the best response on the buds. Try listening to "Stairway to Heaven" and you can hear Jimmy Page's (I think) fingers brush against the strings of the lead guitar as he plucks away. Beat that Shure! Creative, just roll over! :)


Great sound for relatively short money.
Just received the product for use with an iPhone. Tried them immediately while in the iPod mode and they're fairly spectacular for the money. Also, the package comes with a multitude of ear adapters in both black and clear to fit virtually any size opening. Hard to find something wrong with this package. Sound quality is excellent.


Terrible to use while working out, more hype than good
APPROVAL, I have read the voluminosa amount of great reviews for this product and have decided dargli a test. I have bought mines approximately 6 months ago when they were $99. Initially they have seemed good, but I have changed idea quickly. The sound is completely fine, that one is not the problem. In the first place, the measure is good single. I have tried every rubber of format and would make to hardly slide from me the ear while I have resolved. Perhaps if seated just down and sterà being active would not be RIGHT. I have thought that heavy tying good thing was one, but not therefore a lot when been pareggiando. They tie are too much thick and quickly they oscillate up and down which it can make part of the problem with the buds that fall from my ear. Moreover they coil in on mólto when them jetties in your bag of the gym. I would not have it must preoccuparsi for the disposition they in pleasant and in taken care of. They are tangled always. An other gripe... the marcature of the R and L is much hard one to see. I would have to often spend a moment that tries it. Something would have to be colored or, hardly a poor design. These have turned out to be more hype that nothing other. Fer on the purchase of the connection of $17 caps that play hardly as good and remain on the place while I practice. If planned to use these while practised you, tasks still and tasks two times before the purchase of the these. They are overpriced and hardly they do not transport.


Well worth the price
I've had these for a couple of weeks. As many reviewers have pointed out, they require a burn-in period. I am no audiophile, but they were basically unusable right out of the box: the sound was very tinny. After leaving them plugged into my MP3 player for twenty-four hours, they were much better, and I think they have improved some beyond that. Highs are crisp, and there is plenty of bass for my taste, even when listening to Led Zeppelin.

Some reviewers have also dinged these earbuds for being difficult to remove from their players and for the lame gold case. Regarding the former, I have had no trouble using them with my Creative Zen Vision:M, but perhaps other players are different. Regarding the latter, I am pleased to say the case is now black.

One thing I don't like is that the earbuds are not marked left and right. However, V-Moda provides two sets of fittings, one black and one white. Once I determined which was which, I put a white fitting one one and a black fitting on the other.

All in all, I am quite pleased and feel they were well worth the price.


Rockin' Buds!
I am a value minded individual and review,review, and review a purchase prior to pulling the trigger. Wanted to spend less than $100 on a set and man did I hit the gold mine. These babies give me all the loving I need. If you have only experienced the far lesser quality earbuds that come with the typical mp3 player - you will not believe the difference. The Vibes are good across the whole range with somewhat warm highs and very pleasing mid and low range sound. I hear stuff now that I only recall hearing when I played them on my home stereo (high-end setup). Bass thumps good. Now the downside. These are not for vigorous activity while wearing - or maybe its just my big ears. I tend to just snug them up against the outer canal and do not insert very far. However, they will occasionally come loose. Just bump them back up!. How do you know you have them seated/inserted correctly? What otherwise sounds like a tin can then becomes a great bass experience. I don't buy and try a lot of stuff but I cannot imagine a better sounding set of phones for the money. Absolutely ecstatic!! Gave some for X-mas gifts too.


V-Moda Vibe Earbuds
Absolutely IT LOVES these buds of the ear!!! I have obtained the connection more little expensive because I have not wished the null ability or to talk to add to render music listening more complex. The packing is large, is the much smallest one than the thought it would be. Much small, MUCH effective one. The sembr black gunmetal spectacular. The photo extension a sure suggestion of green, but is not to all the green in the truth. The buds same they work absolutely perfect. Small use obviously which had my format of the ear. They are therefore much more comfy than those little expensive mac it gives them with ours iPhones. These are to MUST buy that it enjoys the listenin to music with great isolation from the atmosphere. These really make an isolation job large encircle the part of noises more well... than equipment that audio I have bought during the YEARS!!!

Smallest Silicone Fittings too Large for Ear
I don't know if I'm a freak of nature or if this is a common problem for anyone else but the smallest ear fittings are too large for my ear canal. I can't get them to stay in so I don't get the optimum quality. Is there any solution for the small canaled? I am really at a loss hear, just want ear phones that stay in my ear.


Exceeds my expectation
Before that it buys V-MODA Vibe, they have been torn between this and the Bose equavalent. The reviews of this product were enough positive. I have had to decide between marks and the popular quality to it. To the end, I have bitten the bullet and have gone with V-MODA. When I have listened to the same music on mine iPod with the equivalent of Bose possessed from a friend, I must say that they are happy that they have gone with V-MODA. The sound that exits from these earbuds small is balanced rich and good. The test to align of the quality of this product is moreover in the quality of transferred music. I have found music from iTune more and to import from the CD being used coder MP3 and regulating more high Quality(192kbps) is the better sense to enjoy the full ability this product. I would suggest this product.


A Great Earbud- Great Bang For Your Buck
I was watching these earbuds for a moment, before that you received them as gift and you must say that my first impression was horrendous. Immedietly I have thought, that what one waste of moneies!! These things play like refusals. Enraged, me is turned towards Amazon and was satisfied in order to find in the tribune one section approximately poor healthy quality. When I have waked up to the morning, I have found that these small beams of the sun completely had made the 180 in the quality that it heals have played as a completely different connection and I have I loved to them from then. I' v has had them for approximately a week and still I love them. Good Sound, Poor Quality (at least first set)
It has ordered these bases to you on the reviews of others for the good sound, calculating that the defects signal to you would have been are covered outside of iron. I have used them more than 5 times less while I walked (and no other time, therefore more less than 5 hours than service) and lost all the sound in the rabbet of left. And- I have sent the company for mail and have transmitted endured the instructions of return... hour that attend in order to see that what happens (and has had to spend the moneies on the earbuds in order to use while they attended). If you had it to make over, I would probably buy hardly the buds that of Koss I have taken to the Wal-wal-Mart for $20... a lot forms ears, but at least work. Great Earbuds!
These are my first in-ear earbuds so I can only compare to the standard earbuds that come with players. These sound great with good bass to treble. Also they stay put in my ear, whereas the other earbuds tend to fall out with any movement. Shortly after I got my Nano(3G), I ordered these buds from Amazon. Apparently I must have received the older version since I had trouble from the start with the silver sheathing at the plug coming off when trying to remove the buds from the Ipod. Seems the Ipod has a death grip. I sent them back under warranty to Vmoda. They sent me a replacement pair, new version, that is modified at the plug. So far they seem to be holding up to the plugging and unplugging. Time will tell! But they sound great!

Hour, why I have bought an pleasant portable audio device and these playing buds large of the ear? IN ORDER TO LISTEN! But, it cannot make that one when they are R-in.transito for the rimontaggio. They are put to me in contact with the company approximately mine unwillingness to continue to transmit ahead and behind these and after the email of the secound, they will not answer. I have newly tried the page of the contact of the wewbsite ones and they will not answer on that one. People, if yours to go to sgranare the bucks for these buds of the ear, to beaware that the quality of material/built is less than the little expensive entirety that has come with your player MP3. Best Earbuds I've Ever Used
Accosento that these play more best many bonds the first week and even after one burn week. I have had to remove the circuit of exaltation of the bottoms and to lower gleans it EQ that is regulated for mine $50 earbuds of the SONY. These JUMP THEM ABSENT. Feeding the much highest one outside of the same source (15-25% more if you had indovinare). On my Zen I make to regulate the EQ (on the left to right) 3/-1/ 1 4 8 and really good sound. Of new, than what I of the SONY have listened to 23 or 24 (on a volume of 25 maximums) with hour I listen to 16 - to 20 and 22 with these buds it is still more fort than 25/full with the Sonys. The SONY begun for storcere to 23-24... These not storcono at all less that you low have the sense too much on. Task that the low levels are only of right. They are full but not overbearing. They are not sure weak people. If wished gleans it hard of nucleus you are better outside with over the ear or possibly the earbuds that 2 - 3 times cost more than these. I have not never tried the caps beyond $100 for a period of extensive time but I have bought many in range $50-$75 and said that these are easy worthy $100. They simply really play pleasant. A night I was in the kitchen FOR an HOUR to just 3AM enjoying music when I was obtaining aspect for the base. The caps have maintained it as soon as to levarsi in enjoying feet the how many good my favorite songs they have played here. Joking and yes I do not know that it is dorky. Excellent design, great sound
These headphones are nothing like what I expected, I've had a couple of other noise-isolation earbuds including the in-ear bose triport, but none of them sounded as good.

The sound isolation is pretty good and the ear buds have a great sound. Although, I believe these buds do require burn-in as I have noticed the sound profile has significantly changed with usage.

The sound is pretty well balanced, but the buds excel in "bassy" songs. The sound is adequate when you're listening to acoustic, but once again they do a great job when listening to jazz.

Over all I think the sounds is great and is very well suited to all tastes of music.

Definitively a buy large. I have used to have a Shure e2c but always I have obtained importunato from the format of the buds and the thickness of the cable. This type offers the same healthy quality and their thing approximately adapting well is completely to align. My first connection has come to lack nearly immediately, in the sense that approximately 20-loads other critics have described to us -- the sound would cut sporadically in or both the auricular transducer. Very Good for Cyclists & Gym Rats
Everything I was expecting in a headphone. I have never been able to find a set of earbuds to stay in my ears while I lifted or cycled due to the shape of my inner ear. I have had no problem with these at all, and the sound is incredible. I listen mostly to rock & metal, and everything sounds clear & deep. Very good bass as well. The only problem is I have to de-earwax the plastic buds (which fit fine b the way).


v-moda earbuds
I could not maintain these earbuds in my ears. it has tried all you form to you and one has not worked would fall from even if pits seated just were moreover a lot scomodi. I have transmitted them behind in 24 hours.


Great earphones - better than the Bose InEar
Hour I am using the vibe for approximately two weeks. In the first place I have bought the Bose InEar, but I have given back 2 days to them more subsequently. The Bose has bonds low levels... but that one is all that they have. They do not have mids or highs. It was conversations understanding much difficult in a video or a film. I have even tried not using the compensator in the multimediale reader of Windows in order to obtain all the sound decent from they, but fortune. The vibe of other part they have the low levels, the mids and highs large. The sound is croccante and clear with one low answer much good one. Recently I have bought a Zune and the use these with and I love to them. The healthy isolation is the not 100%, but 100% better then general large product of Bose (than in my opinion they have not isolated some external sound) from the v-fashion.


New version is better
This newer version of the Vibe - the black one of Gunmetal is better than that what the greater part of people has see again because they have replaced the taken one of input so as to the not fold as easy and the color is not more verdastro. The bag is black pure. Vmoda earbuds
So far I really like these. I want to say that my old Sony MDR-EX71SLA sounded better... but I cannot do a side-by-side listening test.
However the cord on these seems more durable, and they look cooler.
I also like the centered cord (vs sony). In any case the fit and sound are a nice step up from the stock iPod earbuds. The price point is fair, since I did not want to go to to $100+ for any of the competing earbuds.


Style over comfort (3.5 Stars)
The sleak and of look they think done good, so as to I admit the durable good. The healthy quality is much good one and obstructs a sure ambient noise them in order to isolate music. The only reservation that I have is the measure. Less than you jam them drains your auditory culvert that they fall from too much often for me, especially when they walk in order to work or in the gym. GREAT PRODUCT!
These earbuds have added an immense range of the sound that I could imagine! It forms ears that real I can even THINK and that cut the external noise considerable. The range of three forms to you (and of two colors) of earbud regards the Marches for a comfortable measure, does not fall gives! The look is polishes also! The only things that are at all little a negative are that when you are inbetween songs/videos, the comfortable measure really allows that you feel the cable to hit against of you if you are active and "the L" recorded and "the R" are therefore hard to see that I have had to put one black cover on that one of left and free to right rendering it easier. To the price of the Amazon, IT DOES NOT ATTEND!


Lack the punch.
After reading through hordes of reviews I finally took the plunge and bought these bad boys. Sadly, after a week of ownership, I can say that they fell short on promise.

They sounded harsh and tinny the first time I put them on. So, I let them "burn in" for two days. There was definitely some improvement but it was still missing the punch.

There is nothing wrong with these phones, they sound very clear, crisp, and accurate. My problem is with bass. It's there but simply not enough of it, and I am no bass head either. My suggestion is that if you are into rock then these buds are not for you.


V-Moda Vibe Earbuds
I purchased this ear buds after my son told me how good they are. They provide a wonderful sound and block out other noises. Also, the ear buds are comfortable in my ears.

Hi, I have bought this article in order to replace earbuds the standards on the iPhone. Even if it has said was compatible with the iPhone, the taken one not to adapt itself correctly in the iPhone. It does not obtain the twisted one to me, it works but you must force little in order to insert it poichè the taken one for the iPhone is less a great small that the jack standard. Unless, a lot is satisfied with the article.


Best headphones I've ever used
I've always thought that every pair of headphones is just like the other but these V-moda's certainly proved me wrong! The sound quality is phenomenal with excellent bass and amazing clarity. They're also great for working out because the in-ear fit is much more stable than stock buds. Last, but not least, I've yet to find a set of headphones that are as stylish as V-moda's. For as much as I wear my headphones as a member of the "pod generation", I figure I might as well get a pair that look cool!


Very nice
I was searching for some ear buds to replace the standard iPod issue. I got a pair of Shure e2c's for Xmas and have never been able to get them to fit my ears no matter what fitting I used. After much experimentation I was able to get some of the foam fittings to work but the sound was still lacking. No bass at all. After doing some reading I decided to take a chance on the V-MODA Vibes. At first I was a little concerned they might be to bassie. Well, that is not the case. The bass is definitley there but it's not overwhelming by any means. So far I like the V-MODAs a lot. I was able to wear them right out of the box - I haven't even tried any of the other fittings. Plus they're not as clunky as the Shures. The smaller size enables me to fit almost the entire bud in my ear. I am quite pleased with my purchase. Anyone interested in a slightly used pair of e2c's?


Great Sound for the $$$
I already owned the V-MODA Bass Freq model. It was okay, but I wanted something with better overall sound, which the Vibe was supposed to provide. I had also read that it was better at staying seated in the ear than the Bass Freq. I'm happy to report that the Vibe fills the bill in both areas. It sounds very good, although in a perfect world I'd like bass response exactly halfway between it and the Bass Freq. Clarity and separation are better than the Bass Freq, and since the plastic "handle" that's part of the Bass Freq is absent on the Vibe earpieces, they do stay in the ear better, although there, too, they're not perfect. I'm glad I'm no longer a runner, for instance, because add some sweat into the picture and I think they'd be falling out all over the place. Finally, I wish I had some experience with the really expensive earphones from, say, Shure so I could offer a comparison, but alas, I do not. I do, however, recommend the Vibe without reservation as having great sound for comparatively little money.


Excellent Sound Quality for the Price
Sometimes the sound quality tends to feel a bit too warm when listening to classic music, especially orchestral work, but not to the point that the music itself becomes blurred. Overall very good sound quality for the price.


Decent phones...a little boomy
Apple has bought these with the malfamato accreditation of $100. They have been always uninterested in the earbuds because they stretch to damage my ears, but these types are really enough well. Comfortable and really comfortable measure with the small thorns. Of right from the package they have played heavy a low small one - more specifically like a high rolloff. For their price, these are a great deal!
The V-MODA Vibes are a nice little set of headphones. I use them with my Creative ZEN and they sound great! They don't sound quite as good as the higher end (Ultimate Ears or Shure), but good for the money. They are a tiny bit thin on the Bass, but better than most in their price range. If you need more bass, check out the V-MODA Bass Respone phones.

They do need a "burn-in" period though to reach their capability.

Good headphones... but not for active users!
I was very pleased with these earbuds when I received them, and wrote a couple of favorable reviews in different forums. Great sound for the price, easy fit, stylish appearance. But they are not a good purchase for an active user.

After less than two months of use the base of the chord started to pull apart causing as short in one ear. I assumed it was a defective pair and had V-moda exchange them.

I've now had the replacement pair for 6 weeks and the same thing has occurred. I presume this is due to the strain caused by regular use when running/exercising.

V-Moda has agreed to replace again, but I have not reason to believe the next pair will fare any better - and the hassle associated with the exchange is certainly not worth it. Find a different brand if you like to use your headphones when exercising (as a point of reference, I never had any issues using standard iPod headphones).


Solid sounds, best customer service!
I bought these earbuds back in March 2007, and although they did sound terrible at first, after a 14 hour (I ran them on my ipod until the battery went flat) break in they sounded amazing.

What really made the purchase outstanding is when they died in September 2007. The left earbud started losing volume then finally lost sound all together. I wrote to v-moda about it and two weeks later, a brand new pair of Vibe turned up at my doorsteps. The entire warranty process (Australia => Hollywood USA => Australia) was quick and painless.

These guys make great earphones, and provide even better customer service. Great product.


Much better than $40 IEMs.
For: To adapt itself to the inside of my ear, they obstruct the received noise, harder they are constructed than others (is the cable that, seems pleasant, is not extremely expensive, the sound is excellent (highs croccanti and mids it couples to you with it gleans much good one). I have bought a iPod. The earbuds that it has come with were decent, but they were not durable. I have obtained with of these for my birthday (May 2007) and must say that these are some of the implantations that better it has. They are durable good, good to observe and the more important (to me) have excellent healthy quality. It comes with abundance of additional rejecting of the ear, a golden case nifty and a warrenty assesory that it holds with your long cable and. A common worry for the earbuds is comfort. That is the only zone that I have had to rethink. Honestly, they are well. They have the tendancy to fall from if you are an active person (mobile footrest, morning worked). But if used them for your system held in game hand, laptop, your player iPod/mp3 and not been working around, then these you will work. They do not render my ears irritates to you. They are not completely healthy test, but they obtain the made job. They have a habit of collection of the wax of the ear, but to clean up rejecting of the silicone is much simple one. In a generalized manner, if you have the moneies and wished some earbuds that years will last from much time (2-3), will hinder their healthy clarity and will seem large, V-Moda are for you.


Great Until The Chord Breaks
Great upgrade to i-pod standard headphones, but if you use these to jog with: watch out. I've had mine for a little over a month and I just noticed yesterday that the chord has already pulled free from the little silver piece where the left and right cables join the main cable; this has exposed the inner wires. I just read another review of someone who had this happen on the tip where the main cable plugs into your audio device. Bum deal. I used a dab of gel super-glue to re-seal the wires, and I expect they'll last another 2 months at most. Plus, you can see the super-glue where it dried. Why waste time returning them for another pair that will inevitably do the same thing? For eighty bucks, they just should have been built with reinforced attachments.

I'm going to try a pair of Ultimate Ears Super.fi 5 Pro when I have to throw these away. UE headphones allow you to replace the chord yourself if the wires break, but they have the funky over-ear design.

V-moda's are great for their simplicity and the fact that they don't fall out of your ears when you run. But I should have known I was in for it when the packaging itself stated that they were "fashion" headphones.


Earbuds Rock!
I am using these earbuds with my new one iPhone. It has watched hardly a complete video of length concert while to fly in Hawaii and the healthy quality he was excellent. They are moreover much more well of the earbuds that they have come with the telephone.


I love these cans, but....
The bass response is unmatched. Period. I have noise canceling, open air, and closed air high-end phones and the bass response from the Vibes is exquisite compared to these. I love the way they sound... when they sound.

I returned my Amazon pair because of a faulty jack making one channel cut in and out randomly.

I just got my RMA pair with the promise that they have refined their manufacturing process, but out of the box, one of the bass channels is dead. This makes the sound space sound lopsided and empty on one side. I'm returning those now. One good thing is that the RMA has been a simple process and without hassle.


100% quality sound
They are perfect. The best sound quality due to tight-fitting inserts, lightweight, good looking. I honestly hear more background music from my favorite songs that I could not previously make out. Superb! Totally worth the low price. Dont cheat your music with lower quality headphones; spend the little extra money like I did, and you will not regret it.


Good sound, and works out-of-the-box w/ iPhones!
I am pleased to say that these are nice headphones (work quite well on airplanes) -- probably a 4-out-of-5 for sound quality. However, the big bonus for me is that (a) the connector fits neatly into the recessed iPhone headphone jack that requires an adapter for other headphones and (b) the chrome/black color looks cosmetically fantastic w/ the iPhone. A must-buy to replace the craptacular Apple buds.


Maybe not for audiophiles, but great for everyone else
I bought the V-Moda Vibe's after considering a range of similarly-priced earphones from Sennheiser, Shure, and Etymotics Research. My research into these lead me to the conclusion that the other earphones would probably give more *accurate* sound reproduction (i.e. "as the artist/producer/recorder intended"), but that the V-Moda's would probably sound much more bright and lively if I wasn't too concerned about that kind of issue.

Having now received the V-Moda's, I can only say that they fulfill this expectation more-or-less exactly. They do sound really lively, and have excellent bass; and compared to my previous Sony MDR-EX71's (at half the price) the definition is *substantially* better - they do sound really good. (When I got the Sony's, they were better than I imagined an earphone could be, but quickly lead me to realize that earphones with better sound reproduction must exist; the V-Moda's would seem to be exactly that.)

To my mind the V-Moda's are probably about the optimum performance level foran earbud-type phone - I doubt it's worth spending more on an earbud (maybe on big earphones), but they definitely seem worth the money.

However, one word of warning - I don't find the fit as great as all that, and the earbuds seem quite big/heavy, and hence although fine for desk usage or on a train/plane etc. I can't see them as being much good for e.g. sports use. Other competing designs look like they'd work better for this.


quality ear buds for the unitiated
It is important to choose the right size silicon inserts for the earbuds. Initially I thought that the tighter the fit, the better the sound but I was wrong. The sound quality (once I found the perfect fit) is very good and the silicon earbuds are very comfortable. The earbuds are good-looking too. My only gripe is the markings for the right and left ears on the earbuds are barely visible. The problem is compounded by the use of medium and large size silicon inserts. My solution to this is simple -- I use a black insert for the right ear and the white insert for the other. I thoroughly recommend V-Moda Vibe earbuds for people wishing to switch from earphones to in-earphones.


had to buy a second pair for husband
I bought myself a pair of the V-Moda Vibe earbuds because the earphones provided with my new iPod ALWAYS fell out of one ear, whether running, walking, sitting still - they weren't particular. I didn't mind the sound quality of the I-Pod phones.... until I got the Vibes! I had tried a pair of cheap Sony's from a big electronics store and HATED them. Returned them and "splurged" on the Vibes. After allowing the product to "burn in" as recommended by others, I couldn't get over the sound. Made the mistake of letting my husband hear them and then had to buy a pair for him for his birthday!! They are very comfortable and have never fallen out - even when running or mowing grass in the heat of a mid-August Louisiana. I've heard others complain about noise from the wires rubbing against you, but have only noticed that in between songs. I love 'em.


From iPod headphones to these
Very sleek design. Coming from different pairs of cheap $15 headphones and earphones, these were amazing. The bass is deep and all ranges are clearly heard. Just be sure to wear these in for about 10-20 hours before use. You can use them while breaking them in, but until you do these'll sound muddy and bass-heavy.

Good, but not the best
Hour I have had these caps for 7 months. Initially, I have really not seen why these caps were so as to the expensive(i it has obtained to them for $85), but after a moment of the caps that are regulated within and that they confront them to other caps, like the sennheisers 300cx, I have noticed that the V-fashion was good graceful. It forms ears is impressive for the earbuds. After approximately 5-6 months, the caps have broken... connected tying to 3.5mm goldplated the thing were loosened, so as to the sound has been ruined. But fortunately, these come for a year with a guarantee, so as to I could obtain a new connection in one week. I have not had to call it. All that was introduces the caps with famous and a my receipt, that they have cost like $1,00 in order to transmit. And a week or therefore more subsequently, I have obtained my new ones -- and have noticed that the new ones have reinforced the protection for the connection between tying and 3.5mm goldplated the thing. Yesterday just I have accidentally dived the caps in water, but not there was absolutely damaging or it gives of the quality of the sound. The sound is really large. You can definitively notice the difference between music 128kbps and 320kbps with these caps. The cable of tying and style of these caps is moreover graceful is cooled off. Pretty nice

They're Great
I'm by no means an expert or anywhere near it for headphones, but I think these are great. I purchased them recently in preparation for a trip from NJ to France and wanted to ensure that I would be able to have great sound while blocking the outside noises. These did the job and they're quite attractive too, which is a plus. I definitely recommend them.




Great Headphones
These headphones are great. The bass is much more prominent then I expected. Sound quality is Great. I typically listen to Rap/R&B/Reggaeton and the occasional rock song. The sound is very crisp and the headphones are very loud. Taking the train bus everyday usually gets in the way of listening to music. However, the earbud do a great job of isolating the outside noise. The only problem I have with these headphones is the price. I bought my girl friend the V-moda Bass Freq headphones and those are just as great featuring a big punch for a small price. The Vibe headphones dont sound too much different from the bass freq model but audiophiles can tell the difference. Overall, Great buy if your willing to spend the money.


Disappointed
Finally I have bought these after the months of search of the rimontaggio for mine earbuds of the ipod. Highly they are disappointed. It forms ears is difettando of and the sound little is desonorizzato. Still I am attending in order to close obtain that breach in the period those that vary mentioned(it have had place beyond 100 hours to listen to me). They are well to carry and they do not fall from my ear like the earbuds of the ipod.

I have been using my v-modas for about a week now.

They blow the Bose out of the water. I own both brands and the v's def give better mids, highs and a less muffled base.

Def recommended as one of the better brands out their. I will write another review once I figure out how long they last.



v-moda earbuds
I bought the chrome earbuds. I'm no audiophile and these earbuds are the first I've owned besides the stock that come with so many portable music players. They give a nice listen to my eclectic music. And the sound reduction is very good. A must-have in that department. I can listen to my music much better now.


Best Sound - Best Feel - Best Look
I've used a lot of different headphones, and none I've tried compares with V-Moda Vibe. They simply provide the best sound, and the earbuds are incredibly comfortable. They fit snug for maximum noise isolation, and yet are lightweight and soft. And they not only feel great but look great as well. People often ask me about my headphones because they like the appearance, and I always say they sound as good as they look. They're also quite durable. Mine are like new after almost a year of heavy use.


Not bad, but overpriced
These sound good, although they add too much coloration to the sound. I also found that I simply don't like the feel of ear buds that stop up your ears completely.

I recommend you save your money and pick up some Yuin PK3's as they cost 1/4 the price and sound much better.


Sweet buds!!!
All that can say he is that these are survey much good ones and well constructed auricular transducers for $75 of under. Previously I have possessed the Shure E2c' s and have had a small better sound in the advanced range, but the Vibes has one better general healthy range. The highest range are decent pure, however good how much the Etys or the Shures. The bichromate look of potassio is moreover a change received favorably from all the plastic that the greater part of the auricular transducers is made of. The last worthy article to point out is that these buds are much good. The Shures has carried towards the outside my ears after a short time, while these types pleasantly are based also after one brace of the hours. A BUY DEFINED in my book!!


Not so great
The low answer is a lot of hoped how much for. These buds of the ear are on the par with that it has bought in range $25. It smells of the isolation of tying of the vinile appreciate the skunk.


Sent these back just in time.
I read the (later edited) reviews on here - give these IEM's a chance, let them break-in for a few weeks. For me, it's been 4 weeks of continuous usage, and they're going back, just in time for Amazon's 30-day return policy.

To echo the 1980s Wendy's Hamburgers ad, "Where's the bass?" I tried all of the included ear tips, and wiggled these in my ears 6 ways from Sunday. No matter what I tried, no matter how good these "sealed" in my ear canals, no matter the songs I selected (even bass-y dance tracks), there was no deep bass to be heard. The Sony MDR-EX71SL's at 1/2 the price give deeper lows, as well as clearer highs, OUT OF THE BOX compared to what the Vibes could deliver even after 4 weeks.

These look good, are nicely constructed, and provide a very "warm" sound (good mid-bass, nice mids, good near-treble). But they completely fail to convey the last of those details - the deepest lows and highest highs - that make music enjoyable. Their sound isolation also leaves much to be desired, which is part of the problem.

Really great headphones just one small flaw but easily fixed
These headphones are awsome, great sound, real clear all even when theyre loud (they go really loud by the way usually i would have my volume to the max with my other headphones but with these its usually at about 3/4 of the way) the only thing i found wrong with these things is on some of my songs the voice(s) of the singer(s) would be muffled but this is easily fixed if you have an ipod just use the EQ to boost the voice and your good to go. As far as the noise canceling goes, with the headphones alone in your ear it calcels out some sound but you can still hear but as soon as you start playing a song, you cant hear anything but the music. Also, these headphones are very comfortable and my ears never get sore from wearing them too long. Anyone who wants a nice pair of headphones, i would really recommend these to you


Comfortable!
They are a lot pleased with the efficiency and the speed of the delivery (arrived two days more soon than previewed how much) and the product in if it is all they say that it is! I stretch to watch the exposures on mine iPod while in base and the menzogne from my side. The earbuds they are nearly unnoticeable in my ears. The only problem that I have had is occasionally losing one of the muffs of the silicone, but the insiemi supply you of small, of mean and of large it is in free that in black. I have not thought that the sound from the earbuds originates them was defective, but immediately have realized the difference when I have received the Vibes - SPEED DISTORTION! The comfort, sound, observe - definately the 5 in my book.

these are the better thing in caps of the ear on the market! I have tried all the kinds and types of caps and of make an impression to you with the quality and sound from v-fashion has formidable low answer, than all it produces cannot duplicate.they have a cable cord.i not asymetrical of y making to a player of the iriver 2gb it do not have and to turn down the volume to 3/4 because the sound is that the good shirts I give the 5 to it who the star amazon has the better price on these caps I do not know hardly that what to make with the others 4 connections of the caps that I have. V-MODA oscillates the!!!!!!


Earbuds with Earphone quality
Alright, in the first place of all I do not have experience a lot of zone of the earbuds. They are not exactly a audiophile, but I have had need of some goods point-increase from the earbuds of the iPod and have wished something that it played good how much the caps and it lasted. These have seemed good and from the other reviews, I have calculated that I would try to them outside. The sound is good, obviously. Much more better of the earbuds of the action of the iPod and approximately on the par with $50.00 approximately on the auricular transducers (not buds). It forms ears is little to difettare, but that one probably can be repaired with the EQ of iPod and other devices you mp3 also. The sound can occasionally be a small cavity, but it depends on the type of song that been listening. Something with guitar the a lot will play large, but too much tamburella and the quality begins to difettare of. The packing is large - before what I have noticed when I have cracked these in my ears I was "speed distortion, I I cannot feel qualche.cosa..." In spite of these chenon they cancel, make a good job graceful. You can calm feel the ambiance, but the relative usury not CLOSE defective how much the earbuds of the not-in-ear. I am using heavy these for the two slid months or therefore and they have not indicated some signs of usury or they are not torn. A problem that I have is that the rubber that goes in your ear does not remain on the real buds that good. It will not fall from your ear when eliminated they or qualche.cosa, but could fall outside in your pocket. I recently purchased these, about 1 month ago, and the left speaker blew out all ready!! The cord has torn. Just do not buy these. The sound is really not that great. The only nice feature is how it looks. What a waste, I can't get a refund or a replacement. Not what I expected from 85 dollar earbuds.


Flat Mids Otherwise very nice
My Sansa E280 has a manual EQ so as to I can record in order to obtain the half of flat range on these earbuds. With the EQ they play large. Without it they are a secondary disappointment. I have those of silver and seem large -- however the L and the R are printed publication in the white man and are hard to see. I have made known such purpose that would have bought those black ones.


Good, not great
I have tried virtually every earbud known in order to equip and am always trying one new alternative. I have tried these earbuds in order to replace my Sennheiser CX300s. After a brace of the weeks, they have gone of new to the Sennheiser 300s. The Vodas was heavy a low small one for me while the Sennheisers was the much most uniform one. Both are good, but the Sennheisers is my preference....

Sounds great. lOve the quality cables and they're easy to use. The cables don't tangle as much as other cables. The sound is great and provides Big Bass sound and is not overdone. It also handles very loud volumes.They fit well and I can even go running with them.
They look good and always get me the sexy ladies! Just show them an ear! - Bling Bling at ya baby! Check out my VModa's! Ugggh!

In all seriousness...they're a great buy. Got them for about $75 on Amazon.


Wonderful, great sound, amazing bass!
These earbuds are the caps that playing better are felt to me in a moment. Answer stellar, punzone beautiful in gleans and good total clarity. Only the light bottom is that the buds can be a po' difficult to adapt saldamente in more small ears. With of the earbuds still phenomenal


V-Moda Delivers
Use the earbuds of V-Moda with my video iPod because its that have come with it damage my ears and were one defective measure. Love 'em!!
I've tried several types of earbuds with my ipods and these are definitely the best yet!! Because of the way the wire just goes straight into the earbud, I can insert them 'upside down' like most of them have to be in my ears in order to get a good 'secure lock' and obtain the good bass sounds. You have to be more careful pulling them out of your ears since there isn't much protecting the connection of the wire to the bud, but it's definitely worth it! The sound is great and just what I've been searching for! With the many included sizes of the little rubber inserts to choose from, I was really able to find the perfect fit for my ear as well and they're very comfortable.

Great sound, very comfortable, I think it would be hard to find another set of ear buds that sound as good as these, I use them at the gym, they are a little pricy but worth the cash.


Best in-ear phone you can buy at this price range
The low answer much powerful one however still maintains the particular one of the part treble. Better than SONY Ex90LP. Large one forms ears is still better than some of the cap with the outline much.


Best bang for your buck
I have made one ton of search before the purchase of the caps of the in-ear of V-Moda Vibe. I have searched the cnet, the relationships of the consumer and the great number of audiophile Web site outside here. While there are many better caps of V-Moda Vibes, their modification of prices reflects this fact. Personally, I could not be carried to spend the $250 for the Shure E4s, probably the better caps in their range of price; therefore I have opted for V-Moda Vibes, the better caps (from that what I have read) inferior to $100. These caps of the in-ear do not disappoint. They have a lively sound and they are large in the amazingly good base therefore as in the midtones. It is forwarned: which do not have the levelled sound the last ears, neither the precision of the equivalent of Shure model; that what has is a sound complete and rich bottom that the company promotes. These caps are meant in order to enjoy music, in order not to analyze it. The only posterior parts of draft that I have found with they are that the parts of the silicone are meant for comfort listening long in your ear that means the reduction of the sound acclimatizes them is not good how much the relati to you competitors. Moreover, they have not made the movable of you wrap of draft that meant when you arrange the caps in your bag that aggrovigliano easy. Moreover, it is forgotten approximately the case that carying they come with, is much useless viscous and graceful one. But I have not bought these for the case, I have bought to them in order to enjoy my music. To such care they transport 100%.


Broke down within a year!
I have bought these earbuds in the month of you open them of 2007 less and than a year more subsequently, the cable has obtained so as to damaged that the sound has only come from the part of left! V-Noda
Excellent sound quality especially the bass. The satchel to hold it could have been made a bit larger to accomodate all the pieces. That said, the product came with a good selection of ear pieces which made it easy to find a comfortable fit.


Awesome Sound Quality
I really appreciate the healthy quality of these auricular transducers, but still like the other exposure that of reviews you must leave them "to burn itself in" in order at least 24 hours. You can obtain a similar healthy quality with the auricular transducers Prizes of Zune but I have had them to listen to music in my calculating and after 4 times of use (not not even four days) one of the operation of arrest of the auricular transducers. Microsoft put in contact with, said me that they were going to replace them and to five minuteren more subsequently I was lowering rimontaggio because I have not had a recorded player of Zune. The Zunes has a guarantee from 1 year but only if it is used them on their player. These come with the same guarantee from 1 year but it does not import where used them. They are really I satisfy with the healthy quality and the comfort of the this light weight, but the earbuds durable. I suggest these to anyone that it enjoys the good sound and desires not to spend a bunch of moneies for the more expensive Marches.

i relly like them they are so good, we are thinking on buy another pair the sound is exelent, they never hurt in your ears (i try a lot of different ones before and trust me after 5 minutes my ears where so sore,that i never enjoy the music) but any way this is a really good buy there's notingh better!!!!!!!!!!!!!!


V-Moda Vibe - Excellent in-ear phones
V-Moda Vibes has healthy quality narcotic. Sounds Very Good, But Cheaply Made
I had bought and received mine earbuds in three days. I was the happy with the same day the shipment, but not general product. I had bought the connection based on the reviews of rave, but frankly they have been disappointed. The earbuds of V-Moda Vibe they have been buys to you in order to replace a connection of the auricular transducers of Shure 2c. The earbuds of Vibe they have occorr approximately two weeks completely to the breach in forms ears. Once that it was broken off within, the connection has played the many good, good worthy $80.00. However, after using for three weeks, the earbud of left it is died. No reason. A morning I have put to them hardly over as of customary and they have not worked correctly. I have tried to use connection of mine sansa of the sandisk and a ipod therefore like ipod of the friend - the no fortune. They are put to me in contact with V-Moda from the email and they have given a return address to me in order to transmit the connection for an exchange. To this day two weeks more subsequently, no earplugs. Three times are put me in contact with the company, but not one answer. After I will buy a sure Westones.


V-Moda earphones

The best earbuds I have owned.
After many years of Walkmans, portable CD players, MP3 players and the like, I have come to the conclusion that there is no perfect portable method for getting the music from its source into your ears. That being said, the V-Moda Vibe Earbuds are the best overall earbuds I have owned so far.

I have had them for less than a month so I can't comment on their long lasting quality but in the last year it has become easy to get 10-20 dollar 2-3 year replacement warranties which is mandatory for headphones/earbuds since they are so delicate and often fail.

Pros: The sound is fantastic. I'm not an audiophile but I have tried both the E2c Sure and Bose triports and these are equal to the E2C's and better than the Bose. The sound is clear and crisp and originates in your head instead of your ears. The fit is great and is more then adequate for running and other physical activity. They slide into your ear and I don't have to open my jaw to insert them. The buds are noise reducing but they don't completely block out all noise which is what I prefer because one can simply turn the music off when wanting to hear someone speak instead of having to take the earbuds out. Finally, these are aesthetically pleasing buds and also amplify the volume considerably which allow longer battery life on my IPOD.

Cons: Every 50-70 mins or so I need to take them out for a minute or so to prevent ear aches. That might bother some people but I don't even notice it anymore. There is no central wire piece where the y splits from the rest of the wire. I like those guide pieces because they help keep the wires untangled.

Bottom Line: Great earbuds for the price that hold up in a workout and provide top notch sound.


AWESOME bass, not comfortable...
I struggled between this and the shure e2c. I decided on the e2c, after comparing also with the etymotics r6i and the ultimate ears superfi3. This one has the least clarity, but wonderful bass. If I don't listen to as much classical music, I'd definitely pick vmoda vibe. It makes even terrible pop songs sound cool.

I had to reject it because wearing it was not comfortable for my left ear at all for some reason, and I had an extremely hard time putting it in, even with the help of my bf. The vmoda did not come with any foam, only the silicon ear pieces. I settled on the less bass but more clarity and more comfortable e2c.


I LOVE THESE -
I bought a ZEN 30G MP3 player and could not stand the earbuds they came with. They hurt so much that I used head phones until these V-MODA earbuds came in. They are awesome. The fit is so comfortable and the sound is wonderful. I got them on sale for less than they are running right now on Amazon, so I feel pretty good about the purchase. =}
